Responsibilities:
1.Responsiblie for the development of new separation process of fermented broth from microorganisms, screening and process optimization design.
2. In charge of project design, and implement small test, pilot test, and largescale transformation based on process route.
3.Responsible for creating SOP for production process, and other technical documents.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:
1.MS degree or above, in biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, bioengineering, process engineering or revenant majors.
2. Familiar with different bioseparation technologies, including resin adsorption/ desorption, ion exchange chromatography, affinity chromatography, membrane separation and so on.
3.Familiar with the operation of mediumpressure and high-pressure purification equipments, like AKTA, HPLC, DAC, etc.
4.Good command of English.
5.Good communication skills, problemsolving ability, and team-work spirit.

Responsibilities:
1.Assist supervisor to optimize experimental platform and take care of the daily maintenance and management of platform
2.Be able to make and carry out experimental plans, according to the requirements of projects, analyze experimental data, and finish experimental reports.
3. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:
1. BS degree or above, in life sciences related majors;
2.Familiar with relevant experimental skills in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, etc. Experience in Metabolic Engineering and Synthetic Biology preferred;
3. Experience in genetic manipulation of Escherichia coil, Streptomycetes, and Filamentous fungi preferred;
4.Love benchwork, Solid experimental skills in Molecular Biology, Gene Engineering, etc., including but not limited to clone construction, Crispr-cas9, realtime-PCR, Western blot, Directed Evolution, Highthroughput Screening, Expression and Purification of Protein, Strain Improvement, etc.
5.Good command of English, and strong ability of data retrieval, analysis and sorting, fast learning skills, and ability to multitask.
6. Familiar with Office softwares and dataanalyzing softwares, like excel, origin, bio edit, and so on.
7.Ability to execute and follow orders, have strong sense of working responsibility and team-work spirit;
Fermentation Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily operation of fermentation equipments;
2.Participating in the development of fermentation process for the small test and pilot test of new recombinant engineering strains like Escherichia coil and yeast;
3. In charge of the scale-up of fermentation process and the optimization of process parameters to establish stable industrialized fermentation process;
4. Responsible for fermentation projects and the tech transfer of production process to manufacturing site;
5.In charge of the controlling and sampling during fermentation culture；Qualifications:
1.BS degree or above, in chemical engineering, fermentation engineering, biotechnology, microbiology or relevant majors;
2. Familiar with the operation of related fermentation equipments, and extensive experience in fermentation process control and process optimization, Be able to design experimental protocols independently, and analyze and solve problems scientifically;
3. Fermentation experience of genetically engineered strains (Escherichia coil, yeast, etc.) preferred;
4.Graduating students that have experience in relevant fermentation study or internship, familiar with microbial fermentation are also welcomed;
5.Be able to work on shifts and travel;
